Our Philosophy and Purpose

It is the philosophy of Beymer Preschool and kindergarten that each child is a unique creation of God

and as such has intrinsic worth and inherent need for love. In the Preschool setting, children can

experience God's love in an atmosphere which will foster each child's development-spiritually, intellectually,

socially, emotionally, and physically. As a mission of the church, the preschool is a ministry in which we live

out the Gospel, laying the foundation for Christian growth and development.

Our Staff

At Beymer Preschool we are blessed with a committed staff of 15 that brings over 150 years of combined early

childhood teaching experience to the school. Staff members are certified in infant and child CPR as well as First

Aid. All of our staff members are highly qualified and attend annual service training. Beymer Preschool and

Kindergarten has been serving the greater Winter Haven community for over 30 years.

Our Curriculum

Beymer's curriculum uses a developmental, thematic approach. It promotes all phases of the child's development

by providing a rich learning environment filled with fun, hands-on experiences. Our themes integrate literacy,

math, science, art, music, and movement. these themes are explored within a context of interesting, meaningful

activities in a positive and supportive, Christian Setting.
